COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1746-NO4I parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cincinnati-Milicron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Autonics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gould product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cincinnati-Milicron such as the 35313600A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TZ4SP14R manufactured by Autonics and we are pleased to be able to service most Autonics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASB875001ASB875001 by Manufacturer Gould as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 1791IOBX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asco such as PB118 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available YDR20AH made by Hitachi as well as the popular A03B0807C103 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NP1AX04MR by Fuji-Electric and PB118 spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1771PS7C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
